The TAITO-URA tool
The TAITO-URA tool allows students to explore their personality traits, knowledge and skills. TAITO-URA provides a report of the self-assessment results. Report can be saved, printed for later use, such as job seeking. Tutor's guide and ideas how integrate tool into studies is under construction. Tool can be used in English and Finnish.
